Hey guys, I love to read, and have a weakness for "chick lit"... you know, frilly books about single women in their 20's and 30's who are usually klutzy, career-driven, and searching for Mr. Right. Think Bridgette Jones's Diary. I love these kinds of books, but I want to read about characters who are a little more like me. (Read: I want a silly, flluffy book with a lesbian main character.) In my experience, LGBT fiction is either erotic or very serious business. I haven't been able to find any "light reading" with a gay main character... yet. So, does anyone have any suggestions for fun books with lesbian/gay/bi main characters? I'm also big into writing. If someone *coughcough* were to write a Bridgette Jones-esque book, but with lesbians, do you think anyone would be interested? Thank you!
