I want to get some new music soon but I'm at a loss for what to get, I want to find some new bands to listen to (Or even just some good songs by bands I already listen to that I might not have) so basically the kind of thing I listen to is Asking Alexandria, Black Veil Brides, Blood On The Dance Floor, Suicide Silence, ect.
Im fairly open to anything and I will at least listen to it once so if you have some good song I might like I would love to hear them ^_^

Based on the bands you listed, you might like these songs. You can look up more by the artist if you like what you hear.

I love Simple Plan and the Goo Goo Dolls. Simple plan is sort of light punk, and the Goo Goo Dolls are just amazing:slight_smile:

That's some of what I listen to... based on what you've said so far I'd recommend the grunge and post-hardcore bands. I'm not well-educated on electronic music though so someone else could probably put together a list of good house and dub artists. Jazz is also something I'm still educating myself on.

Today I learned that Spatula and Owen are pretty damn rad.

I see that a lot of Angelblood's favorites are emo-ish Metalcore and Post-Hardcore. I guess if I were to recommend some kind of "gateway" bands for you, I'd say Brand New, The Sound of Animals Fighting and Thrice? I would suggest some of Spatula's Post-Hardcore recommendations but I think it might be a bit difficult to approach from your... interests currently. Thrice is fairly easy to get into, and its earlier albums are kind of basic post-hardcore (basic, not pioneering/essential mode). Brand New is a silly story for me. I find its earliest albums pretty boring. The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me and Daisy are much more audible albums imo

Then I guess the sound of Animals Fighting? Yeah, that's cool I guess
