And here is a link for people who are interested:

Prunus Girl Manga - Read Prunus Girl Manga Online for Free

I shall copy the description here:
This manga, unlike the last manga I post, is more light hearted and cute, however, it is by no mean taking the topic of crossdressing as total comedy. Sure, the crossdress character doesn't really the same ordeals as real crossdresser would, but nonetheless, there are moments of seriousness. Hope you guys enjoy this!

Been a while since I read it but it was good.

    Random other mangas:
    No Bra
    Hourou Musoku
    My boyfriend is a vampire
    Princess Princess? (cant recall 100%)

Thats all I have off the top of my head.

Hourou Musuko is the best! I obsessed about it for a really long time. If you read anything else, read this. (!)

Why does no one ever mention Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl? It's more crossdressing-almost trans with a TWIST.

The plot is that a young boy was in the mountains and a spaceship lands on him. The aliens inside have the technology to repair him....but accidentally turn him into a girl. From there its this adorable love story/love triangle with lots of comedy thrown in. I love it.

Oh and Ouran High School Host Club. I personally am not a fan but one of the characters pretends to be a boy, I can't remember why...

In ouran Its to be in the male host club.

The alien one was ok imo, but yes it has transgender and lesbian themes.

It's Haruhi, the hard-working commoner girl who gets accepted into the ultra-elite Ouran High School, stumbles into the Host Club's room while looking for a quiet place to study (and passing rather convincingly for a boy), and accidentally knocks over an expensive vase while there. She agrees (or, rather, is forced) to become a "slave" of the Host Club to make up for the value of the vase, but Host Club members must be boys, so she has to wear a boys' uniform while acting in her capacity. Eventually she becomes a full-fledged member and decides to stay in it because she develops a fondness for the other members, who are also very protective of her.

Speaking of Hourou Musuko, I was going to mention that, but someone beat me to it. The same mangaka created Aoi Hana, which has also been developed into an anime series (of 11 episodes) that I believe is well worth watching. Aoi Hana doesn't contain any cross-dressing characters, but it's also LGBT-themed.

It's a manhwa but My Heart is Beating is amazing if you guys haven't heard of it. The crossdressing isn't exactly through choice and issues surrounding it aren't really the main focus but none-the-less it's worth a read (so is Annarasumanara by the same author, though not really related at all).
