i just saw this movie yesterday, and it turned out to be very good. kinda remind me of 'little miss sunshine'. its a funny, down to earth, and real. its like watching my friend (who act like juno) pregnant. lol. if its already out in ur theatre, u shud watch it. its a good movie.
HEY ME TO! and I tottaly agree. Really honest. Probobly one of the most honest set of characters I've seen in a film. Nothing seems fake...It really does what it advertises, "Brings back your love for going to the movies." Haha Tic Tacs
Oh my god this movie is sooo good! I really didnt expect it to be so good, but it turned out to be very funny, and emotionally genuine. In parts it really reminded me of Arrested Development, but thats prob because Michael Cera (George Michael Bluth) and Jason Bates (Michael Bluth) were in it. However, I wouldnt be surprised if an Arrested Development writer was on the staff And also, the soundtrack was awesome...very Garden State...however George Michael (Micheal Cera) cant sing at all
Just go on Wikipedia to find out what tracks are on it, then go on Limewi......i mean, legally buy them from iTunes
Right. Good idea. I am going to go get them from Itunes. Actually funny story about Piracy..and Juno.. While watching the movie I saw this group of young girls (very annoying) and one of them was videotaping. I told one of the movie threatre staff aboot it but I wasn't too sure if it was those girls that I reported (it was dark in the theatre...but I'm pretty sure it's them). Anyways when the movie theatre employee came up...those girls got SCARED. Still..I wasn't sure and they got away.
yup, gud soundtrax too. btw, is it just me or what, becos i keep on comparing juno with little miss sunshine. both nominated for oscars, both r funny. idk, bout i think little miss sunshine is better imo
Belle & Sebastian - Expectations was the main theme song. Interesting-ly enough, Michael Cera (what a cutie) and Jason Bateman never shared a scene in the movie. Although for AD fans, there were a few AD jokes that may have been thrown in there.
Juno's dialogue was what made it good, I thought... I have to say, though, that when Juno and the adoptive dad were dancing, it was a bit awkward. I kept thinking to myself "please don't kiss, please dont' kiss, please don't kiss" And the soundtrack was pretty good too
I love that movie. In fact I think that's like one of the sweetest movies I've ever seen. Su-Chin : Your baby may have a heart beat! [Juno walks away] Su-Chin : It can feel pain! [Juno still walks] Su-Chin : It has fingernails! [Juno turn around] Fingernails? Really? [Thinks and walks away] One of my favorite movies.
Great movie. Saw it last night. I enjoyed it, but I was kinda annoyed by the soundtrack, something about that music just didn't appeal to me.
