ouran high school host club

I actually just started watching it last week, and I agree that it's amazing.
My favorites are Hikaru and Kaoru

 

I watched it last year and loved it so much.

Kyoya is my favorite character. I like his wittiness and how much he teases Tamaki. Now I want to find the time to rewatch the anime xD

 

I watched and read it earlier this year or something and loved it. I don't like Hikaru and Kaoru -- they can be jerks, IMO -- but Tamaki is great. Especially when growing mushrooms in other people's closets. XD

 

The show is hilarious! Lol Tamaki is such a drama queen, he's so funny though. I'm not sure if I have a favorite character because I like everyone in the host club. I guess if I had to choose it would be Haruhi.

 

Mitsukuni "Honey" Haninozuka cause he's so cute but could totally destroy you if he wants to

Oh and the Lobelia girls they make me laugh

 

It's a really wonderful anime. So much so that's up in the ranks of my list. As for a favorite character, it's really hard for me to choose.

I like the dynamics of Hikaru and Kaoru, but they're not my favorite at all. Kyouya comes close, but I suppose I'd really have to pick Tamaki. He's inspiring. And he's like crazy glue.

 

I really liked Haruhi. She's just so dead pan that it's adorable. <3

 

YES. Twincest for the win...cest... uhh... Yeah I don't usually watch anime, but this show was SO EFFING CUTE. Me and my girlfriend watched all of the episodes within 2 weeks (it would have been less if I didn't have to keep going home).

My favorite character switched between Kyoya and Mori. The runner up was that crazy guy who stayed in the dark and liked cats. I liked him.

 

That guy was awesome!

I watched it not expecting to like it, but I ended up liking it quite a bit. My favorite male character is Kyoya, because I'm drawn toward characters who are extremely intelligent and who appear cold on the outside but are actually driven by an inner fire. I also love his family's house.

 

I've seen this around some, but haven't ever bothered to watch it as I don't normally like 'school life' anime. What's its theme really? Humor, romance, etc..?

 

I'd say the genre is romance and comedy with some satire on gender and on yaoi.

The main characters are in an academy, but I don't recall much of the series focusing on school as much as the host club. Some episodes even involve them going outside of the academy and enjoying the outside world.

 

It's been a while, but I remember Honey-chan was the cutest charecter (just keep him away from the sweets). I seem to recall one of the hosts became obsessed with "commoner" foods and activities after Haruhi was around. I forget which charecter this was, though...

 

My sister was obsessed with this show and forced me to watch a few episodes, I thought it was pretty good. My favorite character is either Tamaki or Haruhi.

 

I love OHSHC, and I'd have to say my favorite character is tied between Tamaki and Kyoya, since I identify with aspects of both of their characters. Although my circle of friends do this thing where we assign roles to each other from anime/other shows, and they feel I'm most like Haruhi lol.
