Heya EC! I've run into a friend who doesn't know what a TED talk is, so I said I'd show him some examples. I know of a couple decent ones, but most I've just seen in passing, so I can't actually come up with a ton of really good examples. That said, anyone know of some great TED (or TEDx) talks that I could share? The topic doesn't matter much, so long as it's interesting. Thanks! Oh, here's mine:
One of my favourite Ted Talks is by Brene Brown, who has done research on shame, and vulnerability. Brene as also given other talks which are really good!
I should really start bookmarking the ones I like xD Here are two that I could remember AND find again:
Jane McGonigal: Gaming can make a better world | Video on TED.com I am a big gamer, and though it seems ridiculous that video games could save the world, Jane Mcgonigal makes some very good points.
^ that's absolutely insane, yet makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much for that video; I think I'm going to base my term-long project on that idea. Seriously.
