Anyone here into 80s and 90s music? I personally really enjoy listening to Dead or Alive and Depeche Mode (my two favorite groups). And I listen to some others like Visage, The Cure and Bjork. Anyone else here into 80s and 90s music? If so what are some of your favorite groups/musicians from those decades?
The sound track of my childhood - The artists and bands I loved included... Savage Garden, Lyte Funky Ones, Alanis Morrisette, Blur, ABC, A-Ha, Human League, Ace of Base, The Manic Street Preachers, Dire Straits, Duran Duran, Cardigans Also have to admit Boyzone and Take That did a bit of decent cheesy stuff too!

How could I forget all the dance music from the likes of Snap! and other one hit wonders? Alas most of that was listened to on the radio (on the good old Atlantic 252) so I haven't got the CDs to remind me of the groups!
Too many great acts to mention but Depeche Mode and Oasis come to mind. And there's the bubblegum pop and dance music that EVERYONE loved but nobody would be caught dead listening to today like Aqua and Scatman.
i like yr taste :3. Other kewl stuff: Beat Happening - Cast a Shadow - YouTube Jawbreaker - Do You Still Hate me? - YouTube The Smiths - This Charming Man - YouTube The Field Mice - Emma's House - YouTube Dinosaur Jr. - Freak Scene - YouTube Sonic Youth - Teenage Riot - YouTube Broken Hearts Are Blue - And Then - YouTube
Ahhh good old 90s!! I will never forget the days of primary school discos, singing S Club 7, the Spice Girls, Atomic Kitten, Venga Boys, Westlife...... Amazing days. Can we just keep the 90s music around forever please?
Hmm, Westlife - I remember listening to a radio station back in January 2000 which were playing a "20th Century Classic" - that 20th Century Classic being a Westlife song from 1999 :bang::roflmao:
I'm not a big fan of 90s music, but I love 80s music. Journey, Bon Jovi, REO Speedwagon, Styx, Bryan Adams, etc.
