So I just saw Bend Her. It's so homo/transphobic. NOOOOOO. I LOVED YOU, FUTURAMA!

Futurama's done for the year. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

There's 13 more episodes coming next year though.

Then we just have to hope CC picks it up for an 8th season.

Although, this summer, FOX said that if season 7 goes well on Comedy Central, they might renew Futurama themselves.

In response to Bend Her, it was not transphobic. Bender wanted to undergo Gender Reassignment Surgery strictly for a competition. The reactions of the others were that way intentionally. If I randomly said I wanted to do the surgery one day, and I'm not transgender, it'd reflect badly on the transgender community, and people would say I'm making the wrong decision, etc.

To me it was making fun of the idiocy behind homophobia/transphobia. It's a comedy show, don't get your knickers in a twist.
