All of his songs are a lot like the one I just showed you. They were all designed for relaxation and tension relief. I find them very immersing when I close my eyes and enjoy the visual effects. Do you get those too? Some times when people close their eyes, they'll start to see blotches of colors and shapes moving around. It happens all the time for me. I find that closing my eyes and focusing on the emerging patterns can bear me through a panic attack.
