    Hey,
Right now, I'm dealing with recovery from self-injury. One thing that really helps me is listening to music.
Anyone have a song that really helps you deal with urges? Songs like "unwell" by matchbox 20 are good. "Fix you" by coldplay.

Maybe it's just me but when I was recovering from being suicidal I listened to a lot of Nirvana music. I know that maybe ironic to some people since Kurt Cobain died in such an arguably infamous way. Yet his music was so raw and no one really connects to the soul like Cobain did.

That's my favourite song, I always listen to it, sorry if you don't really like it :$

  11. Trust me this is all you need!

Tom Waits-Come On Up To The House

    Well the moon is broken
    And the sky is cracked
Come on up to the house
The only things that you can see
    Is all that you lack
Come on up to the house

All your cryin don't do no good
Come on up to the house
    Come down off the cross
    We can use the wood
Come on up to the house
