I saw the movie, but I was also doing laundry and only some-what paying attention. In my opinion, the scene transitioning was awful. He was young and suddenly he became president, and I remember him being on docks and then suddenly being on a field with stampeding horses while fighting vamps. That was my gripe with it.

The book was better than the film, as is the case with nearly every film adaptation. Taking the film in its own right, it was great fun and I enjoyed it for the two hours of silly and non-seriousness that it was.

The same author has written Pride and Prejudice and Zombies which is far more entertaining that Vampire Hunter, in my opinion.

  4. Fun movie if you can get past the cinematic errors, I'm with username on that.
