So many feels everytime I listen to this. Usually it's either when I'm down and this let me get back up or I just let myself drift away from all the stress for awhile. Any of you guys know this song as well :icon_bigg ?
They've come up a few times on my Pelican station on Pandora (highly recommend them if you like instrumental post-rock), and I usually enjoy what I hear. I'm a fan of this song: Explosions in the Sky - Time Stops - YouTube
So this is post-rock? I've never heard of that before...but I punched them into Spotify and I've just been letting it play and I love it!
Mmhm. I've only recently gotten into the genre myself, but I've loved most of what I've heard so far.
Awesome piece of music. It reminds me of one of my favorite instrumentals
BUH post-rock UNGGGH<33333!!! been in love with this genre for years.. have you heard of Collapse Under the Empire? they're sort of post-rock. they're my personal favorite! awesome name; awesome music.
I find them to be the best study music. I don't know why but they seem to remind me of Sunn0))) (I know, that name breaks the laws of Google Search)
Instrumental post-rock in general is great study/homework music. I do all of my higher-level math homework listening to post-rock. I searched "sunn zero" and that did the trick. I'm listening to "It Took The Night To Believe" right now. Reminds me of very ambient black metal, but with less harsh instrumentation. I'm intrigued enough to listen to more.
Would I be able to find an Explosions in the Sky CD somewhere? ---------- Post added 9th Apr 2013 at 08:26 AM ---------- Like in an actual store. I know, I'm lame. I don't have a way to play it off of my iPhone onto my stereo.
I live this band....and I found all their albums at my local record store. Then again, its one of the biggest on Jersey id say just check your local record shops
I loved this song the first time I heard it, it's on a gay short film on Youtube called Secrets. Welcome, Ghosts is pretty good too
