    I'm wondering...should I read the book/s? :S

...or will that spoil the (second) movie?

I've never thought of it working that way :S I've always thought that watching the film will spoil the book haha. The books are definitely worth a read, they're very easy reads and you'll find it hard to put them down.

I started reading the second book and couldnt get through the first third. I suppose since the second movie is coming out I could force myself through it. Maybe in the summer........ I already have too much to read as is. ~_~

^Sad you couldn't get through it, the other two-thirds are ten times better than the first third of Catching. Read it.

Cannot wait for the movie though. I like the added parts we don't get in the book like the discussion between Snow and Plutarch.

I know. After seeing the trailer, I know it must start taking off right after the part I ended. Hopefully, I'll get on it soon.

Right? This movie and the final are probably going to have some of the best original/added scenes I've seen in a book-to-movie adaption in a while. Exactly why, if I were ever to have one of the books I may write turned into a movie, I would require that I get to write the screenplay adaptation.

No one knows more about the story than the author. There is usually so much content that exists in their minds that they arent able to properly fit into the story. Only Collins could have know of the conversations between Snow and Plutarch.

Catching Fire was my favorite of the three books, definitely looking forward to this.

Loved the book, and the first movie was good. She's pretty good in this role, I'm excited to see what she can bring to the Hunger Games table.
