Has anyone else heard "F*** You" by Lily Allan?

    Hey,

    There is an election coming up in the UK soon, and a few very right wing parties are fielding candidates in record numbers, so in some parts Lily Allan's song F*** You has appeared in a few places, its aimed at the far right in the UK (Like the BNP) and for some reason at George Bush

    Specifically

    Just wondering if anyone else on here has heard of it

    Yes, I love Lily Allan, she's my dream girl... I don't really like all of her music but I do enjoy that song.

    Yeah...I listen to it when I'm mad...but honestly "Do you really enjoy living a life that's so hateful?" and "We hate what you do and we hate your whole crew," is hypocritical.

    But whats wrong with hating people who hate you for something that you didn't even choose?

    Its aimed at several things, the UK Far Right (BNP et al) but she added a few lines to make it more relevant to more people, like the stuff that references Bush and Iraq.

    There is a demo which just mocks the far right.

    I give her credit for this, while Lily isn't my normal music (Mostly Pop-Punk like Paramore) she has risked Death Threats and the like for writing this, and she has some guts

    It's the most direct "fuck you" song ever produced. I don't like most of her music, but in this one, she really shines haha
