I'm surprised there's no thread for this TV-show, but anyway after 8 long season.... THE MOTHER HAS BEEN REVEALED!! WARNING SPOILER!! Their facebook page was a let down to people outside US, including me, by posting the news before I could watch the episode.

I love HIMYM, it's definitely my favorite show. The final episode of the season had an unexpected ending. I knew they were going to show the mother, but I didn't expect it to just end the way it did. Now I have to "patiently" wait until the final season. I'm excited, I hope now that they introduced the mother, the show won't seem like it's being dragged out. I want to see how exactly Ted meets her.
I still have that song stuck in my head "Let's all go to the Mall" by Robin Sparkles lol By the way, despite the hate I might receive because of this, I really don't like Neil Patrick Harris. He seems too obnoxious and weird for me. But I guess I can see how people like him. I just don't haha.

Mixed feelings over the show. Frankly it's a friends rip-off. It isn't half as funny as friends or any major sitcom ie friends Frasier cheers Big Bang theory etc but its a show I have to watch the whole cosy vibe of attractive groups of friends having fun together is so easy to vegetate to Btw I hate ted (but he is pretty hot lol)

I love this show! It is my second favorite show that is currently on the air. I really hope Barney and Robin stay together. I love them together
Big Bang Theory is awful... Not only is it's main purpose to perpetuate stereotypes, but people watch it so they can basically say "Hurhurhur they're such losers, dance nerdy monkeys, dance!". On top of that, Bernadette makes me want to claw my eyes out. Now that I'm done with that rant, yes, Neil Patrick Harris is incredibly awesome.
