I'm bisexual and I've never actually hit on another guy, I tend to just keep my feelings to myself. What I wanted to know is if I want to compliment a guy on how he looks, do I say he is handsome or what :help: please help.
I would start with something like 'get a haircut?' ''nice piece of clothing/etc' or maybe like 'who are you all dressed up for' or something.. I dunno, one or two of my straight friends say things like this/I said things like that before I recognised I was gay. I think the perceived 'appropriateness' is just about saying it more as a compliment than saying it in a flirting way
