Obviously this is much more complicated than it seems but I'm at a loss here. My boyfirend and I have been in a happy relationship for over two months now. My mom knows I am gay and has found out about my relationship. I dearly love an trust my mom but she has told me that I can either back out of my relationship or she will share this information with my family (I do not want that to happen). My mom still loves me and theres no room for negotiation. Where can I go from here? Please give any advice! I am stressng out abut this.
Well, she isn't really showing love if she won't respect your wishes about a private matter. It is no one else's business who you go out with. Be firm with her and tell her that you want to be the one in control of telling about your personal life.
