Weird question, I know, but a friend of mine is having a birthday in a few days. Normally, I would get my friends presents but here's the thing. We both share a mutual friend who I wanted to buy a meal for on their last birthday but he was busy so I didn't get round to it. In short, this other friend ended up with me not getting them a gift :icon_redf So should I get my friend a birthday gift? If I do, I'm pretty sure the other friend will find out. Might they interpret that negatively? (the phrase 'first world problems' springs to mind here :icon_wink)
