So I'm currently looking at university options and have received offers from UCL and Warwick and (potentially) St Andrews. All of these have great courses however it would be nice to be able to socialise with LGBT people when I'm studying there, even just as mates as I'm not single. So my question is what do you guys know about LGBT at these universities? Or even just the cities themsekves(Coventry and london)?
I know there is a big gay scene in London, as I live in the south east of England, there's loads of gay clubs and bars.
cant stand coventry. just idk, i just hate it haha. every call centre ive been put through to there everyone seems incompetent. and taxi drivers dont know there way round! more than a couple of occasions my friends have ended up not where they asked to go because mr taxi driver didnt know where it was. haha. idk , i think everyone uni has an lgbt sort of group i think. i could be wrong though, but as above said london has the biggest gay scene!
Haha that's because no one can get around Coventry! You have to be super human to manage it, it's more difficult than the mazes on cereal boxes when you were a kid Yeah I've heard London has a good gay scene but I'm looking for societies as opposed to gay bars because I'm looking for gay friends as opposed to a boyfriend or one night stand
