I think he means they say sexually suggestive things to each other or about other people. At least, I don't think a kid would be writing so nonchalantly if they really thought their parents were pedophiles.
How old are your parents? You have to accept that as much as you may think eeww, your parents may still have a very active sex life and this kind of conversation often goes hand in hand with that. To be honest, I've known peoples parents who are like that and I think it's hilarious. In fact, I can imagine when my boys are in their teens, I'll embarrass the hell out if them with sexual innuendos and talk It's all part of the fun of parenting. Happy days
