It's actually extremely common for boys and girls of that age to be experiment with each other. I wouldn't go any further than what you've described, because depending on where you live it can actually be a crime to engage in intercourse. Sounds like normal age appropriate experimentation. Even straight dudes do it though they will never admit it. Just keep it "light". You might be asking because of other threads. There the age difference (really maturity difference)could be problematic as the older more mature person is almost always in a position to manipulate the other without regard to that person. Presumably two 13 year olds are equal and one not in a stronger position than the though this is not always the case. So if there is no pressure or manipulation...then its probably mentally healthier than gazing at porn all day.
