I've Decided That I want to come out as a Bisexual guy,of course I'm scared of my family's opinion and the usual "Your to young to know who you are" or "Your going against god speech" . I'm afraid they are going to disown me...

If they might disown you, then don't come out. Relax. Come out after a few years, better after college when you have a degree and could afford your living. Come out when your ready and have nothing to lose.

If the possibility of them disowning you is likely or even somewhat likely, it would best to wait. Getting kicked out at 14...

Do some of your friends and/or family know about your gender identity/sexuality? Would you have people (in real life) to support you if things go wrong and you need a place to stay?
