For me, i had a 'friend' who once told me that i really shouldn't be gay because he wanted to be able to *f**k me, knowing that we were friends.

Another person told me to seek counselling because something was definitely wrong with me.

There are plenty of offensive things, but I think people that know me know that I hate the concept of virginity and people saying that 'You'll always be a virgin until you sleep with a man'. Now there are plenty of homophobic and offensive things out there that piss me off, but this takes the cake to me because 1. I value my first time and people telling me it 'doesn't count' is a huge insult to me and 2. I feel like it wishes rape on me, because if that were to happen....people would be telling me that 'Your rape was more important than your girlfriend'. PISSES ME OFF. As if it implies that my body is a piece of property for a man to own.

My mom said to me once that I am failing to live up to my potential as a lesbian because my girlfriend is trans. She told me to go out and get a real pretty girl not some gross dude in a skirt.

That it's "wrong".. If my sexuality has no impact on your life (which it doesn't), you have no place commenting on it.

"Are you really gay, or are you just a misogynist?"

I've heard a lot of offensive stuff, but this one tops it all. I guess it never occurred to them that my best friend since 4th grade is female.

Let's see. There are two major ones:

1.) That my sexuality does not exist.

2.) I cannot identify as bisexual because I'm in a monogamous, opposite-sex relationship.

A lot of things , but what hurt me the most was my mother's last words to me : "I'll never forgive you for choosing that way to live your life . Someday , i'll be smiling , looking at you from heaven while you are burning in fire." I don't know what hurts the most , the words itself or the fact that these were her last words to me .

1.) You're going to hell for being gay (I used to go to church every Sunday, I don't feel comfortable.
2.) There is no such thing as being Bisexual....you can't have it both ways.
3.) You're just curious, you don't know what you want just yet.

"You're just confused. You'll change your mind eventually." (Every couple days after that, he would ask me if I changed my mind, and I would say no. Eventually I stopped speaking to him.)

    Also, "Don't you know that's a sin?"

And, "You'll probably end up liking guys when you're older. You're just going through a phase right now. A lot of girls go through it."

Titled most offensive for a reason :frowning2:..

"There should be a disease that kills gay people" I died on the inside.....

It wasn't directed at me but at the same time it was...

But "Did you change your mind?" stung most because I'm actually out to the person, and I thought she truly understood....

Well after having come out to my cousin, he asked if I had ever been with a girl and kind of hinted at the fact that I should because I don't know until I try…I was honestly offended but I think he's ok with it and he's a good guy and very supporting I think he might have just been confused at how someone could like someone of the same sex. I'm glad he made an effort, I've been blessed with a loving family

There are many people said bad things
My older sis told me to live like"normal" human being and being straight by marriage with a guy.
And my other friend once told me (that LGBT is a cursed people and no place for us in heaven or hell)

    LoL

That if I were gay, then I wouldn't be accepted (somehow less loved)... That was the most hurtful of anything... I never forgot, never will, I just can't.

    probably the most common ones
"aren't suppose to be, you know, a bit more feminine?"

" i know ( or have) another gay friend and you might like him, i don't know if you like feminine guys or somewhat" ( i dont like matchmakers -_-)

"the bible said adam and eve and not adam and steve, so i dont think they should be able to get married" (came from my own sibling at one point.)

Lesbian and trans just confuses cisstraight people. Why didn't you stay a man is nice since it fails to acknowledge my gender identity AND sexual orientation!

Mom still insists that a woman will never be all the things a man can be.
Also keeps talking shit on every orientation and gender identity. It tends to be disgusting as well as offensive.

Today I was telling my dad there is no actual pink light frequency and what we see as pink is just an illusion, to which he responded: "does that mean there are no fags?"

Offensive heterosexism is really hard to rank and pick from.

Anything that stigmatizes anal sex really upsets me.

I had some sack of shit tell myself and my gay trans boy friend that we ought to "switch back" because we like men.
