I'm not sure if a boy I like is gay. I think he is but one of my gay friends says he's not. How can tell if a boy is gay? What should I look for? Is there anything I can do to see what orientation is? Thanks for any advice
It's really hard to actually tell whether someone is gay or not based on arbitrary things like mannerisms or attitude. The only way to tell for sure is either to talk to that person, or if they're wearing something Pride-related that gives it away. Don't base it on things other people say either, because rumors may be true or false. I wish you the best, but be careful.
You can't tell for sure, and even talking to them may not give the right answer. The easiest method is to befriend him and come out to him first, but obviously that requires some trust.
