Can romantic love turn to compassionate love?

    There's this guy I know I loved but I have a problem now. The spark is kinda gone and I feel less crazy if you will (even though he makes me feel all smiley). However I feel like I'm caring much more for him. Can "crazy love" turn to a more compassionate love?
