I just want compare my experiences with others.

Anyhoo, who(m) was it that rejected you for being LGBT that hurt you the most?

How long did it take you to get over their rejection?

Personally for me, it was my best friend in high school rejection of me that hurt me the most.

It took me six month for get over the pain of his rejection.

Never, but if I was openly gay here in Malaysia:

I'm behind bars, receiving whips, not acknowledged by the country, rejected by my family...
    I'll never get over it.

I got rejected by an old friend of mine. We were in the military together and I got drunk one night and told him. He texted me that he didn't care but after that, I haven't talk to him for years until recently. I messaged him on facebook and he replied. It hurt because we went through a lot in the military and I felt like it was an undercover rejection. He just quit replying back to my text. But I could understand how he felt too.
