The GSA at my school is no help at all because of an awkward situation and I don't really feel comfortable there. I know it gets easier in college, but I don't want to wait that long. I want to be able to go to prom with my girlfriend just like everyone else is able to. Another problem is that I'm really shy, and not likely to start chatting up a cute girl out in public unless I know for SURE there's a chance she'd be interested.
