So my aunt (who's a lesbian) went to my sisters house and I guess she asked my sister if I have a boyfriend. My sister told her no and then she asked if I want a boyfriend and my sister said no again. Then my aunt said "even I wanted a boyfriend in high school" and my sister was like...no you didn't lol. So I don't know if my sister thinks I don't want a boyfriend just because I don't want one, or if she suspects that I'm gay. She has never said anything about it before so I don't know if I'm looking into it too much.
It's possible she could suspect something but from the information you gave I think you may be reading into it too much. You not wanting a boyfriend could make her wonder but it's not like it's a dead giveaway.
