I am a young trans male and only a few close friends now of this. Only one person respects me and calls me by my preferred pronouns and name. The others thell me I can't be trans if I have long hair and wear drsses. But its simply too dangerous for me to come out. I'm scared my mom will hit me and my father with disown me. What should I do?
i just explained this to someone in another thread, but basically if you don't feel as though coming out to your parents will not make you closer, then you shouldn't do it. In my opinion.
How old are you? Your sexuality/gender is your own private matter. Come out only when you feel ready and comfortable.
