So my cousin, in a general conversation the other day, said that she does not mind gays. She said that they can be legally married and she wouldn't care, but she also said, that she would rather not have them be /church/ married because of her option as a Christian. Is she homophobic or no?

I wouldn't really say homophobic. She seems nice outside of that one comment. It's a little offensive because there are definitely same-sex Christian couples who I am sure would like to be church married. Maybe next time you talk to her, you can bring up that any other kind of "sinners" can get married in the church but no one really complains.
