Ok so I met this guy and he seems nice and is pretty good looking. Everything seems great except his age. He's 17, I'm 14. He just turned 17 in August, and in January, ill be 15, so it's really like 2 1/2 year difference. I don't plan on doing anything with him, so do you think it's okay?
It really varies on your current situation. I know 14/17 relationships that have worked out great, others... not so much. Just think upon it and you get to decide whether or not the age factor is too large for you.
Just make sure that absolutely nothing sexual happens between you two. In the future a 3 year age gap is nothing but right now he could get in serious trouble for anything more than kissing. Keep it chaste and you should be okay.
