    Hey all,

I am slowly working on being less socially isolated, but I have discovered something I don't fully understand. After a fulfilling and meaningful event with friends or familyI often feel really down and lonely the next day.

Has anyone else ever feel the same way?

Yeah this pretty much happens to me every time. For me it kind of feels like withdrawals or coming back to school from a break. I want the feeling of support and happiness to last for as long as possible but that's not always possible. You should just continue to work on not isolating yourself and contacting loved ones if you are missing them.
