I was talking about the guy I was interested about how I felt about him and how we could still be friends and that there are no hard feelings between us (he told me that he had no interest in me). It was painful because I had to let go and just tell him all these things I felt about him. In the end we hugged and I left tearing up. Now what?

    Hi Andstillimhere7,

I'd say that now it's time to let yourself process and mourn this loss, and more importantly reflect upon what you learned from this experience so you can move forward as a more knowledgeable person.
