Now, this isn't a "My family member just did this, idk how to react" type of thing... I already know she's transgender and I still love her as much as I always have.

This is more what to get her for Christmas (So if you have lost interest now, I do not blame you for leaving)
She came out to us all last year as a transgender and vegan.
My one concern right now is what do you get someone like that for Christmas? I was originally thinking of something like a bottle of wine which might be fine, but I don't know if she'll be happy to drink it.
Then I thought of some feminine products to assist her in her "change" (I say it like that because she's no different to me, not a hate thing!)

If anyone has any ideas as to what to give my family member then that would be HUGELY appreciated <3

What does she need? How is she off for clothes? Makeup? Perfume?

I agree on something girly. What about a voucher for a fancy women's clothes store? So she can pick out what she wants? Or a lingerie store voucher?

Why don't you ask her what she would like for Christmas?

As a vegan trans person, I know what I want for xmas. A really nice vest with straps on it from cyberdog. My point is that you can look beyond these two things she would have worried people wouldn't accept her for. There are many things she will need or want, and you know her better than us.

If you do decide on alcohol, though, check it for animal products. Not sure about wine, as I hate the stuff, but it may well have things like gelatine in it.

What kind of wine has gelatin in it? Gelatin is gelling agent.

I'm not sure if yeast is problem for vegans but any wine is sure to contain or have contained yeast.

As I said, I don't know much about wine. But most cider has it in, and beer frequently has bits of fish in it. So investigate first.

Yeast isn't an animal. It's a fungi. So not a problem.

If she likes wine and you decide to buy her a bottle I'd probably go for Rosé. :icon_bigg

Really? I had no idea. Wouldn't have even crossed my mind that there might be gelatin in liquid drinks.
