...and so far it's going well. First my dad told me he saw what I was posting on Facebook, knew and was just waiting for me to tell him. It slowly became obvious he meant my gender and it seemed to be going well. Then I tried explaining myself to my nan during the summer after she heard me talking to my cousin. She said she didn't understand and didn't believe me. Fast forward a few months and that same cousin comes out as agender; my nan, remembering what I told her, rants about "losing another granddaughter" to Cousin's mum and that starts my aunt saying she knows about me. I'm glad they know, it makes actually telling them easier, but I also wish they'd talked to me instead of each other. Would have saved me a bit of anxiety. A bit. My mum and her side of the family next.
