There's this girl I kind of like. We've been sitting together since the beginning of the school year, at math. We've got lots of stuff in common and we talk a lot. She's also super cute, but I have no idea if she would like me or something like that. I just have no idea of detecting that kind of stuff or... eh, we've talked about tv/manga and we came to the conclusion that we ship lots of gay couples, then we talked about fanfics and she recommended me one, but she then said: it's very... uhm, gay though... and I've read it and it is pretty freaking gay(it's two guys though, too bad it's not with girls, which would've been way more obvious), so she has no problems with it

Yeah that's a good question. Another idea if you have a bunch of friends ur out: play truth or dare and ask would u ever date a girl? Or if you where to marry a girl, who? IDK
Well, she said she thought it was mostly about the writing, not about the gay(or straight) relationship... I do know that she reads a lot, lot of fanfiction, it almost can't be she hasn't read a girl/girl one. I'm going to try to ask her :icon_redf
are there any big girlxgirl yuri ships in the anime you watch? that way you could ask her opinion on it without giving the impression you like yuri, since its shipped by many people
