Friend is in a sexual situation. What to do?

    At our cadets me and my friend (gonna call her S) have witnessed a cadet being idk how to describe it.
    He keeps staring at my friends ass. It was funny at first like a little joke but he does it all the time now and its starting to feel quite creepy. He does it to other cadets now too and they feel a bit violated now.
    We have confronted him about it but he tries to say he isnt when its super clear he is. We also fear telling our staff as his dads in the RAF and may try to overule us or try to get us kicked out.
    Does anyone have any advice?

    Good advice Euler but unfortunately were not allowed our phones and he could get us done for invasion of privacy as he sly asfk. But its good advice thanks

    If you have folders or books. Hold them covering your bottom. I had a pervy gym coach in high school all the girls brought folders to class and we would cover ourselfs when he made us walk in front of him going to the track. Don't know how that guy kept his job. Maybe it will embarrass him enough to make him stop.

    What rank is his dad in the RAF? Speak to someone associated with the cadets who is above that rank. Get a few of you together to complain.

    We had a tutor like this at uni. Really creepy. Everyone put up with it (for years) then one day someone said something and the uni investigated and a LOT of stuff came out. He lost his job.

    Quick update. His dad got fired from the RAF and he hasnt turned up to cadets since. If he does come up and stare then we WILL be reporting him to our staff.
    Thank u all for the wonderful advice as our friends have been worried about it.
