Even though I have a boyfriend right now and told them several times that I'm Pansexual, my parents believe that I'm just confused on my sexuality. I am not. I appreciate all genders and especially girls! Why don't they believe me???:tears:

Well, you're quite young, so they probably think your inexperience in dating is related to your sexuality...which it isn't.
I have the same problem, my parents think I'm just trying to be edgy/joking lol.

Pansexual is a very ambiguous thing. Saying you're bisexual makes more sense to people but even bisexuality is hard for people to understand.

I'm sorry. They probably think you're too young and are just in a phase. Are they very religious? That might be part of it.

    Hang in there. (*hug*)

Nah. We only go to church on Easter Sunday and Christmas. They say that they accept me, but that they just believe that it's questioning.

    P.S. Thank you!
