Having trouble supporting my cross dressing friend

I am having a hard time supporting my cross dressing friend. My friend has been amazing to me, he is the one I came out to, and he has just always been there. So we live long distance and he had the opportunity to come out and live with me (at my parents house) because of a job . Anyway he just revealed to me that he likes to cross dressing . I am having trouble dealing with it myself. I am embarrassed for when my parents and other friends are going to be seeing this for the first time. Any suggestions on how to deal with this would be great fully appreciated.
