Ok I'm going to keep it short. For more than a year, I catch this guy staring at me but he always ignore me when we're up close. Like I catch him looking at me a lot. Most times he'll look away but sometimes he stare back without looking away. It's so awkward lol help me! I don't know what to do. Also he spoke to me one time only.
