Mess with him if you really hate him. He is probably anti LGBT because he just doesn't understand it or may be LGBT himself. Try talking to him and see if that works, but if he's really being a dick, then just ignore him.
There is so much awful advice in this thread its disgusting. Do nothing. It is their relationship, not yours. Stay out of it, otherwise, you might just lose that BFF.
