I always do it in subtle way and where I used to live women were more obvious and not afraid to make the first move on me. Now where i live women seem more passive and never make the first move. ive seen many girls that i liked in random places and i just get frozen i have no idea what should i do because sometimes im there just for short time and not sure how would she feel and think about my interest in her.
