My gf follows her ex on instagram, she occasionally likes his pictures, and sometimes comments. I don't want to seem clingy but is that bad?:tears::tears:

I'm actually friends with several of my exes. Doesn't bother my husband. Actually, given that we've been together for 18 years by this point my husband is quite good friends with a few of my exes. Now that I think about it I'm pretty good friends with one of his.

I certainly don't think it has to be a problem. If it is, you should talk about it with her.
