Strange, strange question, I know. But, sometimes I get hurt easily - in relationships. I've met a guy, and I think its going in the direction I want, but I've been hurt so many times before, I want to somehow "turn my feelings off". Some of you are bound to have felt like me before? How did you deal with it? Can I somehow do what the title says? Thanks
I have "turned my feelings off" many times. Don't do it, it's unhealthy and things would just get worse if you bottled up all of your emotions.
