We beat you. Twice. Team Canada prevails. Out of curiosity - at my school, 90% of teachers abandoned their curriculum in order to have the game (Canada vs USA) running on the smartboards. I know from friends that several other middle/high schools in Toronto did the same thing. Here, hockey really is more important than school. Any other Canadians want to confirm whether or not their school/workplace did something similar? Furthermore, does anyone who is not Canadian want to give any input on how much their school/workplace cared - if at all? Sorry - this probably should have been posted in chit-chat. If anyone cares enough to move it, please do.
