How come we cant give out personal information like snapchats to other members? I totally want your guys's snapchats! Itd be great to get to know some kf you! ^u^ Are we not allowed to put personal information like skype/snapchat/phone number/email/etc in our "about mes" too?
It's for safety reasons. Once you get full membership you have more freedom with stuff like that, except it can only be through PMs. Don't risk putting your personal info up anywhere, including your "about me" section, it could end badly. :\

If you wanna exchange stuff with someone you can do it via pm once you're a full member. On most other forums it wouldn't be a problem but, with EC being sexuality related and having alot of underage members it's necessary to censor contact information at least on the forums.
