My swim coach wrote this in a card for me on the day of a competition and to this day it still resonates with me and makes me rethink about how I look at myself every time I think of this quote. If I am feeling down or like I haven't been successful or haven't done my best, I look to this quote and find myself feeling better.

Another one is a quote a trainer mentioned one day when we were doing customer service training and it is how I try to live not only my work life, but my personal life as well, which is why you most likely only see me being nice and kind here.

Another quote or affirmation I guess you could call it would be from a Leann rimes song called "What I cannot change". It has been a big help for me in understand who I am and where I come from and acceptance of my sexuality and my disability..
