I can make you the best batch of fresh brownies you ever had in your life.

And I've been told I make the best candy apples people have ever had.

    What can you guys cook?

I love cooking--I can make excellent red beans and rice and other Cajun dishes (I love Cajun cuisine), I can make pies, cakes, and all kinds of chilis and stews. I also have a few home-made pasta sauces that I like; recipes I modified to my own taste--I think they'd be a hit

I took a stab at making sushi not that long ago, but it wasn't perfect -_- I'll try again, though.

With savoury food, my range consists of toast and microwave meals, but I love baking cakes and biscuits, and pretty much anything along those lines

I bake vegan cakes, which are really fucking nice, other bakery products, and vegan main courses, mainly involving pulses.

My Pot-noodle surprise always goes down a treat.
(The surprise is I put it in a bowl.)

Seriously though on occasions when I have cooked something I've been ok at it, not brilliant but ok. I just physically struggle with lifting, manual dexterity etc stuff around the kitchen.

I can cook most local Filipino dishes. I've also tried making Italian dish such as the Oso Buco Milanese as well as Spaghetti.

I think I'm mostly good at cooking deep fried dishes though my specialty is Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet which I get a lot of praise.

LOL. A bowl. I put mine in a mug, so *highfive* for us creative folk. I also struggled physically standing, fine motor skills, nausea etc in the kitchen but I have improved recently.

I make a wicked orange cake, with candied orange peel, orange syrup and orange zest buttercream icing. It is dazzling.

Aside from that, vegetarian things and desserts. I like making rocky road, mint brownies, cappuccino cake and chocolate nutmeg truffles.

On the more savoury side, parsnip chips, spiced couscous, na'an bread, simple breads (I don't have time or energy to knead that shit) and stir fried vegetables or roasted vegetables. I am hoping on making samosas and trying out Bombay potatoes soon.

I make a mean stir-fry with ground beef, organic rice, and broccoli in teriyaki sauce. It's awesome!

I'm pretty good at breakfast foods (crepes, scones, omelettes and other egg stuff), "ethnic foods", specifically South Indian, simple recipes, and some good grilling. I think my biggest accomplishment was a handmade seafood gumbo, complete with real seafood (shrimp) stock, roux, crab and other exotic stuff. I made it for my mom coming back from India in December. It was very tasty.

Getting a serious dejavu out of this thread.

Anyway, i can pretty much cook up anything that comes in a plastic bag, is frozen or only requires heating. Also, those quick noodles and pizza!

I can make somewhat tasty stakes in the oven (yeah, who would have guessed).

Nah, I do okay. I just finished making some english muffin pizzas -- so mature. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I usually don't make anything very complicated though. I make stir fry quite a bit since it's quick, tasty, and only requires washing one pan afterwards. Otherwise it's normally chicken with roasted vegetables or something fairly simple if I'm not going with salad or something on the barbecue. I don't use it very often but slow cookers are pretty great as well.

The best thing I can make though is a chocolate cheesecake with either graham cracker or Oreo crust. Without a question my favorite food item; too bad I can't eat it very often.

Breakfast seems to be my specialty. Eggs, pancakes, waffles, french toast, biscuits and gravy. I also do a great breakfast dish that involves hashbrowns, eggs, bacon and cheese.

I can pretty much do anything in the kitchen, if given the right equipment.

My specialty is cake and pastry.

I am fucking terrible in the kitchen. At one point I LITERALLY managed to light cooking water on fire. For real.
