yeah i know psychologists don't really agree with it but it's fun (and sometimes creepely accurate:dry:slight_smile:

also do you agree with the description given to you?

(oh and because it also came up the extrovert -introvert thingy describes a way of thinking not the social skills or behavior)

    Another one of these topics.

It shouldn't be surprising, I'm an INTJ, according to that test.

Something kind of fun and interesting to look at, through the lens of Avatar/Korra:

These percentage tests can cause confusion. For example, INTJ and INTP, do not share any of their top 4 cognitive functions. Here's some insight into INTP: Bob's Personality

I would suggest trying this cognitive processes test. I apologise on behalf of the test because it has been around for a while and they have limited understanding of gender identity. Somebody kindly linked it in another thread. I was happy because I'd been looking for that test.

Of course. Human personality is too complex. Although sometimes I think it can be a good start.

True a friend of mine and i have almost the same thinking ways moralistic believes opinions and interests (i think also the same kind of character type in these kind of tests)we both have siblings and about the same family situation same friends and we both belong to the youngest in our class and have similar psychological issues...still we are in a way completely different people...it's quite funny =)

Yes, that's kind of what I was thinking. One of my friends scored as INTP. We're quite similar in many ways. Interestingly, I tend to hang around INFJs.

    Today, I got these results:

I think the real divide between my thinking/feeling, is a lot closer than that. Plus I wouldn't say I'm usually that assertive, maybe just a bit more than usual because I'm in a good mood.

I'm usually quite unaware of my surroundings. One time when I was very young, my mom panicked because she thought I'd went deaf. I was reading a book, and I didn't respond to her. The next thing I know I'm telling a nurse that she's forgotten to plug in a stereo, so the hearing test isn't going to work.

 i somehow tend to hang around shy people...though one friend of mine is a very idialistic person with deep morals which always creates a tension between us..

as for the guy i'm talking about we're always on one wavelenght it's relaxing talking to him

MBTI only describes behavior (which can more or less change over time) not the causes of behavior so it's not a good personality theory.

You need to look deeper than that.

Also introversion and extroversion has nothing to do with whether you enjoy being around people or not or if you are shy which MBTI basically says. Of course, if you find the right people you are probably going to love spending time with them. You can also engage in many extroverted activities that don't involve people such as planning or organizing things because they have to do with things directly outside of yourself.

Basically MBTI is flawed and if you use critical thinking you can probably see that yourself.

At the same time it is based on real life experiences, I'm sure, but it's not nearly enough and is way too simple to actually be legit.

I'm too lazy to look at what other people have said. I just want to get my own opinion out there.

What phrase? The "being too lazy" part? I mean, if I think I'm right about something I'm not gonna care much to know other people's opinions which is pretty narrow-minded, I know. But at the same time I actually was lazy...... I just want to get on with watching YouTube videos and eating chocolate

INFJ. Don't know how well it fits me, but I would like to comment that perhaps the group you're asking will give a different final result than, say, the general population... *squint* "normies"

    Being normal is overrated
