    Ive only seen this done one other time, in which ive been participating.
    So, i had an idea for one myself.

    Submit your OC and lets get started.

    Small romance is ok, but Lets try to keep this clean as possible or its the Hat of Discipline for you!

    The Backstory: Its 2020, and the clean world is beginning to rot. Modern human society has not been kind to those who are not considered human. They even degrade each other. Despite this, a few humans still show respect for nature, and those who the mainstream have tossed aside. It is this that gives the other races who are considered subhuman a glimmer of hope.

    He is quite shy and rather quiet. He is still living at home struggling to help out. Despite this, he does have a few friends.

    Short dark brown hair, blue/grey eyes without any pupils, thin long nose, grey undertone in skin, slightly taller than average, wears plain and sturdy clothing, looks pretty human besides his eyes which he often covers with sunglasses.
    Quiet and serious but not shy. He is analytical, and prepared for anything. He lives alone.

    Rummy grew up in a slum for undesirables in a sewer and due to improperly disposed of toxins and radioactive wastes, years of living in an irradiated environment slowly mutated the denizens DNA with that of the many insects that dwell there. Rummy was one of the rare few who maintain a partially humany appearance with antennae on his head and exoskeleton partially covering the right side of his chehie back, and right arm. His right hand only containing two fingers and a thumb. At the age of eighteen he covered his mutated limb with bandages and grabbed his favorite tank top and leather jacket along with his few possessions and left to the world above to see if life above was as amazing as he had heard it was.

    More to the Backstory.

    The cities and nations are now heavily divided. One is either rich and human, or poor and almost anything. The air can become toxic as if the entire world is in a Great Stink similar to London in 1858. the air, water, and even the soil is loaded with toxins and other undesirables. The metro areas are frequently built over mounds of trash. many common animals are now endangered or worse. Modern machinery, now cheaply made, litters the beaches. The only good land is what farmland, mountains, and swamps that hasnt been leveled and urbanized. The atmosphere, even when viewed from space, is a faint yellowish rust color, a Miasma of smog, methane, CO2, Ozone, N2O and others.

    Cody's main power is heightened senses, such as better hearing, reflexes, and vision. He also has limited prediction, as in being able to tell an opponent's next move. He's very fast an agile, a master at city life. Cody's weapon of choice is a dagger. His only friend is his companion Fiora, a large black raven. He had lived on the city streets his entire life, and for some reason the chemicals affected him differently than others, causing him to have better senses. Cody has used his powers to survive on the streets so far, but he secretly wishes to make things safer for others like him and find others with powers.
